Our founders spent years working with courier companies, pharmacy chains, and e-commerce operators across India. They saw the same problems repeat: drivers taking wrong routes, dispatchers unable to see what's happening, customers left guessing.
The existing tools were either too expensive for SMBs or too rigid for enterprises that needed customization. So in 2021, we started building FixLastMile — a platform designed around how operations actually work, not how they're supposed to work in theory.
Today we serve businesses from single-van pharmacies to enterprise logistics providers with thousands of deliveries a day. The platform scales because it was designed to be highly configurable from day one.
We're headquartered in Ahmedabad, India, with customers across South Asia and growing. Our team of 60+ engineers, product managers, and operations experts are obsessed with one thing: making every delivery succeed.

First 50 customers onboarded
